We guarantee our Matzah to be 100% pure Matzah Shmurah. Although our Matzah leaves our warehouse whole, shipping and handling may cause breakage. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival, after being handled by shipping companies. Returns for any other reason must be approved by our staff.
